Most recently, Puneet was CFO of Halma plc's (LON: HLMA) Medical & Environmental Sectors, comprising $1 billion Revenue and 3,000 employees across USA, EU, UK, China and Brazil. Prior to Halma, Puneet was CFO of MediMedia USA a portfolio company of Vestar Capital Partners ($8 billion under management), which was acquired by Merck & Co. in 2017. Puneet previously held senior management, business development and strategic marketing positions at Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and J.P. Morgan. He is a graduate of Duke University and Harvard Business School, and lives in New York City.

Before joining CIT, Adaeze was a Principal/Consultant at consulting firms, where she partnered with C-Level clients in regulated industries, helping transform their business processes. Earlier in her career, Adaeze worked in the Bio-Pharma industry in multiple roles, including serving as a leader in Finance, Legal Compliance, Marketing & Sales Services, Corporate Audit and Business Process Improvement. Her experience has included work at Roche, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Private Equity held pharma companies and Start-ups. Adaeze served as a member of the Board of Directors of a publicly traded Biotech company, Cryo-Cell (CCEL), as Chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New Jersey, holds a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Adaeze is passionate about STEM education, financial literacy, building a pipeline of future leaders and philanthropy.
